Products & Service
Where do you get your furniture?
We buy from about 50 Amish builders in a large Amish community in NE Indiana.
Is it really solid hardwood?
Yes. No veneered plywood or particle board is allowed.
Do you do custom work?
Yes. You’re welcome to buy off the show floor, but most of our customers customize with their choice of wood, stain, hardware, fabric, and more to perfectly fit their homes.
Do you list all of your inventory online?
No. We work with about 50 Amish shops, and many of them offer 100’s of items. We just show a small sample online.
Do you offer guarantees or warranties?
Many of our builders offer limited warranties. Beyond that, we and they are all very responsive when any service issues arise, whether covered by warranty or not. Just call or email with your concerns.

What are my financing options?
We offer financing through Synchrony Finance.
Can I finance and take home the same day?
Yes.
What are my options if I have bad credit?
We’ll try to work out a layaway plan that works for you.

Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, based on the distance from the store. Ask your salesperson for details.

Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes.
Can I cancel my order?
All cancellations or returns are at store discretion and are subject to a minimum 20% restock fee.
